Currently, we are looking for the following individuals:

Florida Office Architect

Immediate openings in our Florida offices for Senior Architect who has experience in Aviation, Educational Facilities, Senior Living, and Affordable Housing projects.

Candidate must possess strong leadership skills in business development and client contact in one or more of the identified areas of expertise. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage diverse project teams, and have the experience to independently coordinate work and the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design and documentation phases of a project.

The candidate must be responsible to assist the Practice Group Leader with client contact and the assignment of a workload of the Project Team to complete documents on schedule and within budget including CA phases of the project. The ability to manage and coordinate the architectural process and documents with all other disciplines is a must. Candidate must possess excellent client management skills and optimum communications.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the designated Practice Group identified
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
  • Registered Architect Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Sound technical skills, with detailed knowledge of codes

 

Human Resources Specialist

Immediate opening in the Miami office for a Human Resources Specialist. High School Diploma and 2 years experience required.

Duties include the following:

  • Explain company personnel, policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicants.
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications.
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for termination.
  • Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
  • Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information.
  • Examine employee files to answer inquires and provide information for personnel actions.
  • Gather personnel records from other departments or employees.
  • Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies.
  • Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluation them.
  • Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability.
