Carlyle Park Condominiums, Atlanta, Georgia

The HADP goal for the project was to work within the limited site area to create a traditional “neighborhood street” flanked by cottage image homes giving the feel of a cozy safe and secure community.

Built on a sloping land site, the master planning of the 26 individual buildings capitalizes on the challenges of the site and gives this project its distinction. Winding roads make for an interesting perspective on how the project is entered and viewed. Located in an industrial area that has transformed into a vibrant urban neighborhood, the townhome building design is in stark contrast to its surroundings, and provides urban dwellers with a respite from the hustle of urban living. Carlyle Park consists of 72 large three-story townhome units atop private parking garages.
