Grand Reserve at Pinnacle, Lexington, KentuckyThe HADP goal in apartment design for the past quarter century has been to be good students of the marketplace and to offer competitively priced apartment-style housing that improves upon what is otherwise available and to enhance the lives of residences of the communities we design. In partnering with Flournoy Development, Inc., the firm has completed more than 5,000 housing units throughout the Southeastern United States, totally more than $250 million in construction. Grand Reserve at Pinnacle resulted from the ongoing relationship between HADP and Flournoy Development. The project created a 370-unit apartment and townhome gated community. A clubhouse featuring leasing offices, a business center with conference rooms and an exercise facility further complement the residential development. An adjacent resort-style pool merges seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. In 2002, Grand Reserve at Pinnacle was honored by the National Apartment Association with the Paragon Award for being the best garden community in the United States. Grand Reserve was also named, "Best of Show" by the Lexington Apartment Association in 2002. |
