The HADP goal for the project was to design a high quality apartment community that responded to the site requirements and the owner’s budget in an attractive architectural style.

Merritt at Godley Station marks the most recent project resulting from the ongoing relationship between HADP and Merry Land Properties. The project created luxury garden-style apartment homes strategically placed between lush woods and a small lake on a 41-acre site. A series of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes comprise the 336 units spanning 13 buildings. An exceptional clubhouse featuring leasing offices, a state-of-the-art business center with conference rooms and an exercise facility further complement the residential development. An adjacent infinity pool merges seamlessly with the lake beyond.
