The View at Chastain, Atlanta, Georgia

The HADP goal for the project was to design a unique condominium project that sets itself apart by a more traditional architectural imagery and larger unit sizes than the competition was offering in the marketplace, at a price comparable to smaller condominium units.

The View at Chastain is a nine-story luxury condominium complex providing 126 one and two- bedroom units totaling 286,599 s.f. The interiors are modern contemporary open design using sheet European-style fixtures in the kitchen and bath areas. The units are either one or two-story units with 12’ ceilings and large balconies. The lobby level offers a gymnasium, lounge, media room and pool. The rooftop terrace offers wonderful views of Buckhead, downtown Atlanta and neighboring Chastain Park. Below grade is a three level parking deck.
