Canterbury Woods Continuing Retirement Community, Buffalo, New York

The goal for the project was to create a place where seniors could find appropriate accommodation to support a wide range of lifestyles and health related needs.

The 375,000 s.f. continuing care community is located on a 62 acre site. The facility consists of 203 independent living apartments, 32 assisted living units, 48 private rooms for skilled nursing and an extensive commons/amenities package. The unified elements organized five separate but interconnected villages under a contiguous roof.
