The HADP goal for the project was to create a design that would attract seniors away from conventional housing by providing a lifestyle and image that is superior, while also offering the health support options that are also available.

Tequesta Terrace independent assisted living is ideal for those who appreciate the tradition and ambiance of a resort lifestyle. This state-of-the-art, 100-apartment residence brings a new level of catered living to the Jupiter area. The project includes a three-story, 84,000 s.f. 68 resident, assisted living facility and single-story 38 resident memory-impaired care facility. The living facility offers a wide variety of housing options from spacious studio residences to 2 bedroom apartments. Each residence includes a kitchenette, wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments and individually controlled heating and cooling. Eleven distinctive community areas are available for quiet gatherings or for activities such as fitness, crafts, study groups and computers.
