The Clare Bridge of Tequesta, Memory Care Facility, Tequesta, Florida

The HADP goal for the project was to elevate the quality of life expectation for those considering or presently in residence in continuing care facilities. The Clare Bridge in Tequesta, Florida is one component of an Aging-In-Place campus that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The single-story, 33,000 s.f. Memory Impaired Care facility provides its 52 units with a Town Center, beauty parlor, library, county store, country kitchen, sitting rooms, activity centers and multiple interior and exterior courtyards.
