American Lung Association Golf Coast Florida Head-Quarters, St. Petersburg, Florida

The HADP goal for the project was to incorporate materials and design solutions that responded to the mission of the American Lung Association. The American Lung Association of Gulf Coast, Florida, was St. Petersburg’s first “healthy office building.” This 12,000 s.f. headquarters facility is strategically located in St. Petersburg, with community resources that include a comprehensive reference library and state-of-the-art education center. The new building will offer all visitors a first-hand view of the kind of building technology that can make a difference in their daily lives. Features of the New American Lung Association Gulf Coast Florida Healthy Building include many features to improve indoor air quality and promote respiratory health.
