The International Design Center (IDCFL™) is the centerpiece of a lushly landscaped 38 acre campus located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Corkscrew Road, just minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. Phase I has 250,000 square feet of showrooms on three floors. Future additions will allow the building to grow to 400,000 s.f. HADP Architecture, Inc. prepared Landlord “White Box” drawings for all 3 floors in the IDCFL ™ which include the 87 lines of showrooms as well as providing Tenant built-out design and served as the Architect of Record on four.
