Miromar Outlet Mall, Mall Expansion and Tenant Renovations, Bonita Springs, Florida

The HADP goal for the project was to improve upon the quality of design and execution of the earlier phases of the mall. The firm’s design started with a careful analysis of problems that been encountered with the original mall construction. The project for Miromar Outlet Mall in Bonita Springs consists of a new major mall addition consisting of 280,000 s.f. of useable tenant space. The scope of work included architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services for the building shell and up to 84,000 s.f. of fit-out tenant spaces.

As part of the work, HADP provided tenant building design for many of the stores located in the mall including Bose, Izod, Perry Ellis, Guess, Reebok, Zales, Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, Geoffrey Beene, and Saks.
